Algorithms Researcher

CyberArk, a fast growing leader in the information security field, is looking for an outstanding algorithms researcher to join its Analytics Lab. As a member of the Analytics Lab, you will collaborate with cybersecurity researchers; R&D teams and product management in developing analytical solutions that help protect our customers from targeted cyber-attacks.


  • Design and develop novel algorithms to solve cyber security problems
  • Collaborate with product management and cyber researchers to translate business needs into analytical requirements
  • Drive analyses to meaningful recommendations and actionable conclusions
  • Perform systematic operations research to validate and evaluate your algorithms
  • Communicate research and findings to stakeholders with varying levels of background in advanced analytics


  • PhD/MSc in computer-science/engineering/statistics or related degree
  • 2+ years of hands-on industry experience in advanced analytics
  • Broad knowledge and deep understanding of advanced analytical methods and algorithms
  • Experience in Machine Learning – advantage
  • Knowledge in cyber security – advantage
  • Hands on experience with Python/Matlab
  • Hands on experience with Java/.NET – advantage
  • Problem solver; initiative and highly motivated
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
