Implementation Expert Engineer

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Implementation Expert Engineer is to be the first technical contact for unplanned and urgent implementation activities for CyberArk customers and for on-going pre-sale and post-sale activities for CyberArk partners. This includes understanding the status of the customer/prospect and providing remote support for basic implementations while directing the customer to the right solution that will fit his requirements. The customers and partners are located across EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as primary customer contact for unplanned implementations for CyberArk customers;
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Implementation related issues and for CyberArk products;


  • Strong hands-on technical abilities
  • Strong computer literacy and/or the comfort, ability and desire to advance technically
  • Strong understanding of Information Security and Network Architecture
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Customer service oriented

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (advantage)
  • Mastery of Windows Operating Systems and environments, IIS and LDAP
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux
  • Experience with the following technologies: IDM, SSO, SIEM, Application Servers, Authentication Products and Ticketing System (advantage)
  • Experience with MySQL, SQL and Oracle databases (advantage)
  • In-depth, demonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture
  • Experience of technical Implementation in enterprise environment (advantage)
  • Technical Support Experience (advantage)
  • Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure their accurate completion.
