Inside Sales Manager

CyberArk is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to oversee our growing Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team in our Newton, MA office. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching and mentoring each ISR to meet and exceed his/her monthly objectives. The ISR Manager will support the lead generation process and assist the ISRs in creating opportunities for the Americas sales pipeline. This role includes updating management on the overall progress of the team and working with other departments to assist with lead generating activities and events. The ideal candidate has experience in leading a team of Inside Sales/Business Development professionals and is detail-oriented and organized with the ability to motivate top sales talent.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports the lead generation process and helps to increase sales opportunities for the Americas Sales team
  • Responsible for setting and achieving all sales conversion, metrics and monthly/yearly objectives
  • Heavily involved in the recruitment and hiring of new ISRs
  • Responsible for implementing the ISR training program, building internal processes, tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s), and forecasting sales
  • Provide training and coaching including listening in on calls and providing written/verbal feedback in weekly check-ins
  • Provide data for Marketing to determine ROI of events/campaigns and follow up on leads generated from marketing programs across the Americas
  • Conduct pipeline review meeting on new business with ISR team
  • Accountable for metrics driven achievement on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Communicate with field sales to ensure the team is hitting required targets within their region
  • Assist with the delivering of annual performance reviews

 Position Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of direct management experience
  • 2+ years in a software sales business development role
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas and metrics
  • Cold calling experience in B2B or B2C lead generating environments
  • Information security experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Experience working with Marketo is a plus
  • Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who is successful at meeting deadlines and motivating sales teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
