Office Administrator

CyberArk is looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support all departments within our fast growing public company.  The Office Administrator will be responsible for directing calls from our switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors, maintaining a positive and professional office environment, book travel arrangements, and perform other essential daily office functions.


  • Provide professional administrative support to a team of managers within a client-focused organization
  • Schedule and maintain calendars of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements
  • Maintain and reconcile expenses and billing data
  • Provide organizational support in all areas of the day to day business conduct of the office
  • Work with vendors to negotiate deals for the office and coordinate all supply ordering
  • Organize and keep up-to-date information for all important documents, including software license agreements and non-disclosure agreements
  • Act as a primary point of contact for building management


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Computer skills required: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel
  • Previous reception experience desired
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, display a willingness to be flexible and exhibit a professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and an out-going/friendly personality a must
