Regional Marketing Manager for East

As the Marketing Manager for the East region you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to support CyberArk’s customer expansion targets in Israel and crucially work with our channel partners driving our in-direct go-to-market primarily in Russia, Czech Republic, Poland and Turkey.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Director – EMEA (based in the UK), with close liaison with Sales and Pre-Sales across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of the Regions marketing plan to support the sales plan and reach and engage the target audiences
  • Work in partnership with sales to ensure alignment of priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions, customer insights and/or emerging opportunities
  • Support the development of our channel partners with marketing planning, and guidance as required and agreed with Regional Managers
  • Maximize ROI on physical events with strategic planning, pre event promotion, creative execution and post event follow up
  • Develop and share plans with all teams for internal buy-in and support
  • Work with Inside Sales to optimize flow/quantity/quality of contacts and leads
  • Grow the pipeline through a mix of marketing activities tuned to the differing resources, maturities and addressable markets within the region
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the contribution of marketing activities on pipeline
  • Work in partnership with global marketing peers including corporate communications, global channels, product marketing and global campaigns
  • Budget management and administration

Demonstrated Skills & Experience

  • Ability to think strategically, creatively and then deliver against objectives
  • To and through channel marketing (VARs, System Integrators, Advisory’s and Technology Partners)
  • B2B Marketing to both targeted and non-target Enterprise accounts (Strategic/Territory)
  • Utilization of a wide variety of marketing channels to engage multiple audiences through the buying cycle
  • Analysis and reporting on the value and impact of marketing
  • Ability to clearly convey ideas and data in writing and present to diverse audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment and work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in multiple countries across the Region
  • Ability to finish projects on time and within budget
  • Proven track record in delivering successful marketing activities
  • Excellent project management, ability to prioritize and multi-task!
  • Comfortable interfacing with sales leadership to provide strong counsel and direction
  • Strong work ethic, highly responsive and dedicated to results
  • Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Experience gained in vendor side marketing
  • and specifically and ideally within Cyber security
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel across the Region (approx. 10% of time for events), and to the other CyberArk offices in EMEA (UK, France, Germany for team meetings) and the US for company meetings.
