Technical Account Manager (TAM) DACH

We are seeking ambitious self-starters to join the DACH Professional Services team in charge of both primarily Post sales activities. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work with customers in some of the largest companies in the world and be part of a small, dynamic and highly successful team.

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will have a mixed role – responsibilities include:

  • Management of the actual customer implementation following a sale at customers directly or through channel partners
  • Act as the main point of contact to the customers (together with the commercial account manager), also into other areas of the business, such as Support, R&D and Product Management.
  • Identify and help driving new business in existing customers through presentations and consulting working together with the commercial teams.
  • Ensure customer success in deployment and usage of the CyberArk Solutions

The TAM will be responsible for successful implementations of our solutions at the customers (typically directly implemented by one of CyberArk’s channel partners) and will play a key part in spotting new business opportunities. CyberArk DACH accounts are mainly larger enterprise organizations located across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the commercial teams to drive new business through new and existing customers
  • Manage successful implementations of CyberArk solutions at customers directly or through channel partners
  • Plan and implement successful proof of concepts
  • Provide consulting services to CyberArk’s clients and partners

Position Requirements:

  • 1+ year as a presale or technical account manager
  • Implementation/consulting experience at/for enterprise organizations
  • Experience managing projects for enterprise customers
  • Ability to travel frequently within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Driver’s License Class B (or equivalent)
  • In-depth, demonstrable knowledge of information security and network architecture
  • Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure their accurate completion
  • Ability to conduct technical presentations
  • Mastery of Windows Operating Systems and environments, IIS, Remote Desktop Services, and LDAP (Active Directory)
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux
  • Basic knowledge in computer networking
  • Experience with the following technologies: IDM, SSO, SIEM, Application Servers, Authentication Products and Ticketing System (advantage)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar in Computer Science (advantage)
  • Experience with MySQL, SQL and Oracle databases (advantage)
