Udi Mokady

Udi Mokady is the President and CEO of CyberArk, and a pioneer in establishing the Privileged Account Security software market.  Since co-founding the company in 1999, Mokady has entrenched CyberArk as the market leader in privileged account security and compliance.  During his tenure at CyberArk, Mokady has also served as CyberArk’s chief strategist and visionary, overseeing global expansion, management, execution and corporate development.

Since assuming the position of CEO in 2005, Mokady’s leadership and direction has been instrumental in guiding CyberArk to achieve record growth, while accelerating overall market adoption for privileged account security solutions to protect against an evolving advanced threat landscape. Today, CyberArk is a trusted security partner to more than 1,400 global businesses, including 30 of the Fortune 100.

Prior to his role as CEO, Mokady served as CyberArk's COO between 1999 and 2005. During this time, Mokady established CyberArk's US headquarters in Newton, Massachusetts and successfully transitioned the company to a market leadership position in Privileged Account Security by helping organizations to recognize the connection between privileged accounts and advanced internal and external security threats. Mokady also orchestrated the company’s market expansion in the US, Europe, and Asia by elevating awareness of the security and compliance risks of privileged accounts while succesfully implementing and managing channel development, international sales operations and marketing for CyberArk’s award winning information security products.

Prior to CyberArk, Mokady specialized in legal management and business development for international high-tech companies. He previously served as the general counsel at Tadiran Spectralink, a highly specialized producer of secure wireless communications systems.

A veteran of a Military Intelligence unit, Mokady holds a law degree (L.L.B.) from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a master of science management degree (MSM) from Boston University.

Chen Bitan

Chen Bitan is the General Manager of EMEA & APAC at CyberArk. In this role, he manages the company's global research and development organization, the cyber security research lab, and the professional services teams in EMEA and APAC. Bitan played an instrumental role in bringing CyberArk's products from prototype to market leading enterprise class solutions, with a strong focus on fulfilling market requirements with highly secured solutions and a continuously innovative approach.

Bitan has extensive experience in leading software development organizations, with more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry and rich experience in the information security market. Prior to joining CyberArk in 1999, Bitan led the development of customer care and billing systems for telecommunication provider Amdocs Software Ltd. (NYSE: DOX); and the development of 4GL products for the Asia Pacific market at Magic Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC)

Bitan served as the head of the programming education department at the IDF Computer Studies Academy. He holds a bachelor of science in computer science and political science from Bar-Ilan University.

Adam Bosnian

Adam Bosnian is the executive vice president of the Americas at CyberArk. He is responsible for managing and rapidly growing the overall Sales, Sales Engineering and Corporate Development activities for the Americas team at CyberArk, covering the US, Canada and Latin America.

Bosnian brings a strong sales, marketing and strategy success track record to his role at CyberArk, with over 25 years of experience in defining and implementing market leading business, product and sales strategies, creating and opening new markets, and launching award winning products. As an early member of the CyberArk management team, Bosnian led the industry to define the market for privileged account security and compliance and helped to secure CyberArk’s leadership in the space.

Prior to CyberArk, Bosnian was the Co-General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Elron Software, completing the sale of the company to Zix Corporation. Prior to Elron, Bosnian served in a range of Sales and Marketing executive roles at InterSense, Spacetec Corporation and New Media Graphics Corporation.

Bosnian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he graduated with Highest Honors.

Joshua Siegel

Josh Siegel is the chief financial officer of CyberArk. With more than twenty years of financial experience in both public and private global organizations, Siegel has led company public and private offerings, capital restructurings and varied commercial transactions across hi-tech and the financial sectors.

Prior to CyberArk, Josh served as Chief Financial Officer for Voltaire Ltd. (Nasdaq: VOLT), a leading provider of InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions. In this position, in addition to running the finance & legal department he executed the company's initial public offering (IPO), managed investor relations, and the company's eventual merger agreement with Mellanox Technologies (Nasdaq: MLNX).

Prior to joining Voltaire, Josh served in several senior financial management positions including Controller & Treasurer for Lucent Technologies Ltd (formerly Lannet Ltd.) and Director, Capital Markets for SLM Corporation.

Siegel holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Roy Adar

Roy Adar is the Vice President of Product Management at CyberArk. In his role he is responsible for CyberArk's product management, product marketing and overall product strategy.

Adar brings over 20 years of experience in technology, marketing and business strategy to this role. Previously at NICE Systems (Nasdaq: NICE) Adar held the position of Market Manager with product management and marketing responsibilities for the financial services vertical. In this role he was responsible for defining, managing and launching a new product suite which has been instrumental in increasing the company's market share and revenue across the finance vertical as well as winning multi-million dollar deals with tier-1 global banks. Previously at Integrity Systems (acquired by Glasshouse), Adar held several roles including product development group manager and senior IT consultant.

Adar holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business (Northwestern University) and a bachelor of arts degree in Computer Science (cum laude) from Open-University in Tel-Aviv.

John Worrall

John Worrall is the Chief Marketing Officer at CyberArk. He is responsible for the company's global marketing efforts including product marketing, branding, corporate communications and all lead generation activities including the inbound, channels and field marketing. He brings over fifteen years of global information security business management, marketing and product management experience to the team.

Prior to joining CyberArk , Worrall was the Executive Vice President for CounterTack, a venture-backed company providing advanced threat detection solutions to large enterprise and government organizations. In addition to CounterTack, he spent two years as the Vice President and General Manager of RSA's security intelligence business. Worrall was also the Senior Vice President of Marketing, leading RSA Security global marketing efforts for more than four years.

Worrall holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University.

Dan Dinnar

Dan Dinnar is the Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific at CyberArk. He is responsible for managing the Asia Pacific sales and channel sales organizations and growing CyberArk’s business across the region. With more than 19 years of experience in the IT industry, Dinnar has a proven track record of implementing successful go-to-market and team building strategies across the globe.

Previously at CyberArk, Dinnar served as Director of Sales, Americas and was responsible for increasing sales throughout the U.S. and Canada. He was a key contributor to CyberArk's early successes with the top financial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and utility companies. Prior to CyberArk, Dinnar was the Director of Sales at ProActivity,Inc, a business process re-engineering company (acquired by EMC) and played a key role in their successful entry into the US market.

Dinnar holds a B.A. in Economics and Business from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Nick Baglin

Nick Baglin is Vice President of EMEA Sales at CyberArk. He is responsible for further expanding CyberArk's growing business across EMEA, as well as increasing global revenues and channel partnerships as part of CyberArk's management team.

Baglin's experience in the IT industry encompasses leading roles across EMEA. Most recently he held the positions of Global Sales Director and EMEA General Manager at HP Enterprise Security Services (NYSE:HPQ) where he led the team to unprecedented year on year growth. Baglin joined HP following its acquisition of Vistorm, an Information Security provider, having worked at the latter for over seven years. Previous roles include Regional Sales Director at Vistorm Ltd and Director of Sales at HP Information Security.

He holds a BSc in Business from the University of Manchester.

Nir Gertner

Nir Gertner serves as chief technology officer of CyberArk. With more than fifteen years of experience in enterprise systems security, Gertner is responsible for CyberArk’s information technology and information security. Gertner was a member of CyberArk’s initial core founding team and continues to play a critical role in developing CyberArk’s technological vision and roadmap.

Prior to CyberArk, Gertner served as a software engineer on BMC's Control-O automated systems operations solution. Within BMC, Gertner also gained valuable customer-related experience as a systems engineer responsible for pre- and post-sales activities in the northeast region of the US. While serving in the military, Gertner was the chief administrator of the Security and System Department of the Central Computing Center in the Israel Defense Forces. In this position he was in charge of the ongoing availability, software maintenance and hardware purchases of one the largest mainframe enterprises in the region.

Ron Zoran

Ron Zoran has worked at CyberArk since its founding in 1999 and today is the Vice President of Sales, North America.

Zoran leads the North American sales team and is responsible for driving overall business growth in the region. Prior to this role, Zoran held several sales leadership positions at CyberArk including Regional Director and Senior Director of Channels, establishing the channel sales organization in the U.S. and Canada.

Zoran joined CyberArk as the first research and development engineer later moving into positions including R&D Group Manager and Director of Technical Services where he founded and managed the Technical Services team for the Americas. In this role, Zoran managed client support, pre-sales and post-sales groups for CyberArk’s full product portfolio.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Zoran spent 6 years as an Officer and R&D Group Manager at the Technological Computer Center of the Israeli Defense Forces. Zoran holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
