CyberArk Achieves Aggressive Revenue Growth and Continued Profitability in 2010

NEWTON, Mass. — February 7, 2011 — Cyber-Ark® Software, the leading global information security provider for protecting and managing critical applications, identities and sensitive information, today announced significant corporate performance milestones for 2010 including 37 percent year-over-year revenue growth, continued profitability and a five-year 50 percent CAGR. With consistent quarter-over-quarter growth, the addition of nearly 200 global customers and enhancements to its Privileged Identity Management and Sensitive Information Management Suites, Cyber-Ark strengthened its leadership position within the Privileged Identity Management market, which is one of the fastest growing information security segments.

  • Revenue growth of 37 percent over fiscal year 2009, the addition of nearly 200 new global customers and continued profitability.
  • Launch of new products including On-Demand Privileges Manager™ for UNIX/Linux security and Secure Email Manager for managing sensitive file transfer of enterprise email communications.
  • Cyber-Ark’s Privileged Identity Management Suite was recognized with a Computing Security “2010 Enterprise Security Solution of the Year” award.
