The CyberArk Privileged Account Security Solution and BMC Remedy integration provides IT teams with a secure way to access the relevant assets (e.g. systems, applications) needed to deliver IT services. Based on ticket status verification, user entitlements and the organization’s security policies, IT teams will automatically be granted privileged access only to the extent needed to resolve a service issue. Once deployed, the solution generates compliance reports to show which privileged user accessed an organization’s most sensitive assets, modified configuration settings, and ran programs on the network.
