Group QA Leader

Job Description:

  • Serves as the senior QA professional in the group.
  • Guide the QA members in group and consult about any issue raised by the teams
  • Lead and implement QA processes in the group
  • Define QA work procedures, guidelines, and design the whole testing process for the group.
  • Ongoing and periodical evaluation of the QA members in the group
  • Working with the QA members on improvement processes
  • Perform professional QA trainings for new and existing members in the group
  • Be involved in the professional growth plan for the QA
  • Operates in a very rich environment of technologically and logically complex systems and products.
  • Wide knowledge of the whole product including all developments (multiple teams).
  • Comprehension of the product’s architecture.
  • Get involved in the entire product life cycle.
  • Promote professional implementation of Agile testing principles.
  • Take active role in process inspection and improvement.
  • Work according to pre-defined QA standards, defined by the QA management body in CyberArk.
  • Promote and improve automation tests processes
  • Report to R&D Group Manager
  • Work very closely under the professional guidance of the QA Management body.

Job Requirements:

  • Managerial experience in the QA field – An advantage
  • Deep theoretical & practical knowledge in Agile Testing
  • Rich knowledge of QA methodologies
  • Experience in leading and improving work processes
  • Vast QA experience, in different and complexed systems, of more than 4 years
