CTI Global is an International IT Services Company with multiple locations in the United States, as well as locations in Ireland, the U.K. and the Caribbean. The company was founded in 1998 to help organizations implement reliable and flexible security solutions based on open standards and proven, best-of-breed commercial products. Over the last two decades, CTI has assisted Government bodies, States, NGO’s, Non-Profits and hundreds of Large, Medium and Small Business Enterprises design and deploy such solutions. The IT Services Group concentrates on the provision of Cloud (IaaS), Disaster Recovery (DRaaS), Managed Enterprise Back-up and Business Continuity solutions. The Group’s core services are based on Secure, Multi-Site, and High Availability hosted solutions in the Corporate, Government and Institutional market. In its second decade of existence, CTI has undertaken significant fixed asset investment in support of its service offering and customer base. CTI’s investments include Public and Private Cloud platforms and networks coupled with Data Center facilities in New Jersey, Ireland and Jamaica; including a recently opened Caribbean office location in Grand Cayman. CTI has received ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) Certification internationally and SAS70 domestically (US). The IT Services group is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
The IT Security Group provides solutions that often combine high-end Governance, Identity and Access Management Technologies, Password Management, Directory Services and User Account Provisioning skillsets with Communications, Encryption and Database products; all provided on high availability infrastructure with requisite Disaster Recovery capabilities. The Security Products group is headquartered in Monmouth County, NJ, with additional offices in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Chicago and Houston.
CTI regularly undergoes Strategic Planning reviews in order to continue to expand/improve its service portfolio and ensure that all high value skill-sets for Security Products, Managed Services, Cloud Infrastructure, Virtualization and Disaster Recovery technologies are in-house. This is all done to ensure continual quality control. Training is carried out both internally by Senior Engineers and also in conjunction with major partners such as Microsoft, VMWare, Zerto, StorageCraft, Veeam, IBM, Asigra, SailPoint, Trend Micro, SAP, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Google, Siemens, Unbound ID, Critical Path and Ping Identity for industry qualification and certification. Identity and Access Management has been a CTI core competency since the company’s founding in 1998. For secure Private & Multi-tenant Cloud clients, all servers are monitored on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis by the CTI Network Operations Center.
