GDPR Advisory #2: Responding to the 72-hour Notification of a Personal Breach

December 18, 2019

In this GDPR Advisory, we will be focusing on Article 33 which requires notification to a supervisory authority within 72-hours of a personal data breach.  Organizations will not only need to detect and respond to breaches quickly but also be able to provide an accounting of what records, how many, likely impact, and steps taken to mitigate the breach.

We will be exploring how CyberArk can help you:

  • Detect attackers earlier in the attack lifecycle
  • Prevent the access theft or alteration of personal data
  • Provide operational control accounting for who accessed what systems, when, and the actions taken during suspicious activity
