CyberArk Application Identity Manager integrated with Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) enables credential protected connections to target systems. IT teams are granted access to perform maintenance or monitor tasks on systems based on permissions sets. Once an IT technician’s access permissions are validated by CyberArk, the RDM connection to the target systems is enabled using privileged credentials secured and managed by the CyberArk Application Identity Manager.
