CyberArk’s North American Customer Event Puts Privileged Account Management Center Stage for Protecting Against Cyber Security Threats

NEWTON, Mass. – December 13, 2011 – Cyber-Ark® Software, the leading global information security provider for protecting and managing critical applications, identities and sensitive information, today shared highlights from its Fifth Annual North American Customer Event, which took place in Las Vegas. The event’s keynote presenter was Joji Montelibano, leader of the Insider Threat Technical Solutions and Standards team at CERT, who provided advice on how organizations can better protect intellectual property and other sensitive assets from malicious insiders. Attendees, including those from top U.S. and Canadian corporations including many Fortune 500 companies, benefitted from gaining peer advice and best practices for developing more comprehensive, proactive IT risk management strategies.

Through customer case studies and break-out sessions featuring technical demonstrations and discussions focused on risk and security management topics, Cyber-Ark raised awareness about trends customers should consider as they put in place IT security strategies for the coming year.
