CyberArk Vice President Scott Whitehouse Named a 2017 CRN® Channel Chief

March 1, 2017

NEWTON, Mass. – March 1, 2017 – CyberArk (NASDAQ: CYBR), the company that protects organizations from cyber attacks that have made their way inside the network perimeter, today announced that Scott Whitehouse, vice president of channels and alliances, has been named to The Channel Company’s prestigious CRN® 2017 Channel Chiefs list for the second consecutive year.

CyberArk now works with more than 300 channel partners worldwide, including expanded relationships with advisory firms, systems integrators and value-added resellers (VARs) across key vertical markets such as healthcare, financial services and government. In 2016, CyberArk’s momentum in the channel continued to build, with indirect business representing more than 60 percent of total revenue, and the company more than doubling the number of CyberArk certified privileged account security experts in the field.

In the past year, Whitehouse helped drive strategic offerings across the CyberArk Global Channel Partner Program including expanded training and technical certification programs, and access to enhanced technical capabilities like the CyberArk Discovery and Audit (DNA) tool that helps quantify security risk within enterprise networks. By continuously innovating across the CyberArk Privileged Account Security Solution and partner program offerings, CyberArk consistently delivers strategic business differentiators for its partners.

“The milestones Scott and his team have achieved in expanding our Americas channel program and helping our partners be successful in delivering strategic privileged account security solutions to their customers are exceptional. In fact, we are seeing several partners creating specific privileged account security practices based on our solutions,” said Udi Mokady, chairman and CEO, CyberArk. “We are proud that Scott is recognized again as a CRN Channel Chief.”

Whitehouse also played an integral role in engaging channel partners in the C3 Alliance, CyberArk’s global technology partner program. The program provides channel partners with greater access to certified technology integrations between CyberArk and alliance member products that make it easier for customers to extend the power of privileged account security across their organization and enhance their overall security posture.

“The executives on our 2017 Channel Chiefs list have distinguished themselves by building strong partner programs, developing and executing effective business strategy and helping to advance the channel as a whole,” said Bob Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company. “They represent an extraordinary group of individuals who lead by example and serve as both invaluable advocates and innovators of the IT channel. We applaud their achievements and look forward to their successes in the coming year.”

Channel Chief honorees are selected by CRN’s editorial staff on the basis of their professional achievements, standing in the industry, dedication to the channel partner community and strategies for driving future growth and innovation. Each of the 2017 Channel Chiefs has demonstrated loyalty and ongoing support for the IT channel by consistently promoting, defending and executing outstanding channel partner programs.
