CyberArk Appoints IT Security Executive Nick Baglin as VP of Sales, EMEA

NEWTON, Mass. and LONDON – June 20, 2012 – Cyber-Ark® Software, the leading global information security provider for protecting and managing critical applications, identities and sensitive information, today announced that Nick Baglin has joined the company as vice president of sales, EMEA. As part of the Cyber-Ark management team, Baglin will be responsible for driving continued European sales growth, as well as managing the company’s expanding regional operations.

Cyber-Ark’s solutions enable its customers to proactively protect their organizations against insider threats and advanced external threats. The company experienced more than 30 percent year over year revenue growth in 2011, and now has more than 1,000 global enterprise customers.

Before joining Cyber-Ark, Baglin was global sales director at HP Enterprise Security Services. In this position, which he held for three years, Baglin was responsible for approximately 90 sales personnel and driving hyper-revenue growth. Prior to HP’s acquisition of Vistorm, he had also worked for the latter company for more than seven years.
