Job Description:

CyberArk is looking for a software engineering Team Leader to join and lead an elite team which is responsible for building a platform that serves all CyberArk’s SaaS products.

In this role you will be leading a group of enthusiastic software engineers, helping them achieve complex tasks using AWS architecture, Java and Angular, ensuring flawless execution from planning to production. 

Develop and grow talents and define career paths through effective mentoring and coaching.

Solve problems in every aspect (personal, professional, technical, procedural, etc.).

Defining aggressive goals for the team and the product while leading the team to achieve

these goals.

Take a crucial role in architectural and strategic decisions.

Explore new technologies and tools to keep us using cutting edge solutions.

Help guide and contribute to feature design and implementation to bring the product to the

next level.

Job requirements:

• Have at least 3 years as R&D TL.
• 5+ years of experience building highly scalable, interactive backend applications using Java Spring or Spring Boot and interacting with web applications using Angular 13+.
• Experience with at least one Cloud Platform AWS, Azure or Google Cloud (AWS is a definite advantage).
• Good communication skills, fluent in English, good writing skills.
• Hands on development.
• Experience in enterprise scale application development in cloud/SaaS environment
• Passionate about code design, high-quality code, code reviews, optimizing and challenging the status quo.
• Strong leadership and ownership skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field / technology.
• Experienced with microservice/event-oriented design and development.
• Self-learner, with great technical skills and high attention to details.
• Enthusiastic about code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance.
