Join our team of documentation experts at CyberArk! We’re seeking a Senior Technical Writer to take ownership of the documentation for our Privileged Access Manager - Shared Services (PAM-SH) product line. This is a critical role for someone who is passionate about clarity, usability, and strategic documentation leadership. You will both maintain the PAM-SH documentation set and play a central role in its transformation.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the end-to-end documentation process for PAM-SH, including installation, configuration, admin help, and APIs.
· Lead the overhaul and modernization of the PAM-SH documentation set to support:
o Unification across product areas
o Improved content reuse, modularization, and Flare architecture
o Consistent and user-focused terminology
· Collaborate with Product, UX, R&D, and Support to ensure content reflects current product behavior and strategic direction.
· Contribute to microcopy and embedded help to improve in-product guidance.
· Identify and implement best practices for content strategy, SEO, and information architecture.
· Analyze documentation effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and support cases.
· Contribute to the documentation team’s internal leadership through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

5+ years of experience documenting highly technical enterprise software
· Proven ability to plan, lead, and execute strategic documentation initiatives
· Strong understanding of content reuse, conditional logic, and modular design (MadCap Flare expertise required)
· Experience working in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams
· Familiarity with version control (GitHub/GitLab), CI/CD concepts, and developer workflows
· Ability to simplify complex technical information for multiple audiences
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and alignment across teams
Nice to Have:
· Experience documenting PAM, IAM, or cybersecurity solutions
· Familiarity with DITA, topic-based authoring, or headless CMS approaches
· Prior experience leading content audits and migration plans
