Security services
The CyberArk Security Services Team provides billable services related to architecture/design, installation/configuration, onboarding services, extensions development, program management, adversary simulation and technical account management.
Renewals team
The Renewals Team will contact you ahead of your contract end date to work with you on your renewal and upgrade options. They’ll collaborate with you and your Account Executive to ensure your needs are being met as you renew your subscription(s).
