As compliance demands rise, 99% of companies perform user access reviews, with 55% managing five or more frameworks. Excessive and orphaned permissions remain widespread, increasing security risk, while provisioning delays—often exceeding a week—impact workforce productivity. Most organizations struggle to define roles, making automation difficult with legacy systems. The report highlights an urgent need for modern, automated IGA solutions to reduce audit fatigue, accelerate access, and improve identity security posture across increasingly complex IT environments.
